The Catch-All: ICYMI July 13-20

Hey all, hope you had a good week. I haven't included updates about the LCBO strike, because a very strange Friday occurred. There was a deal between the LCBO and OPSEU announced, then apparently the union asked for back strike-pay after the deal was reached. The government used this to justify their decision to refuse to sign paperwork. There was a very nasty couple of hours but a tentative deal has apparently been reached this morning for the LCBO to reopen Tuesday that the union will vote on. All of this has been quite difficult to follow, especially for a round-up, but that's the summation of it.

Anyway, on with the news!
